We have been engaged to prepare designs for this listed Vicorian house, adding a new staircase within the existing stair void extending up to a large attic, which is to be converted into bedroom and bathroom accommodation. A new garage outbuilding has recently been granted planning consent. Works to the main house have now started on site.
